Samter Homes was formed in 1993 by Samuel Goldsworth and Peter J. Bennett.
Our building company offers a wide variety of homes throughout the Tampa Bay area including single-family, duplexes, townhomes and maintenance-free villas. Our team of professionals in land planning, engineering, architecture and construction gives form to vision with exceptional designs, a concern for the environment and focus on a superior quality of life.

Mr. Peter J. Bennett

Mr. Bennett is experienced with architectural project design, project management and construction administration. Project types with which he is familiar include public and residential renovation, new construction, historical properties restorations and renovations, correctional facilities, criminal-justice facilities, courthouses, animal control facilities, hospitals, medical arts buildings and airport facilities. Mr. Bennett has a degree in architecture and is a licensed general contractor.

Mr. Samuel Goldsworth

Mr. Goldsworth is experienced in retail management, project management, retail consulting and management of investment companies of many project types. The project types with which he is most familiar include public storage, apartment rental facilities, retail shopping complexes, historical properties, restorations and renovations, and townhouse construction. Mr. Goldsworth has founded several companies including 5-7-9 shops (a women’s apparel retail chain), Golden Express Inc. (aircraft rental and instruction company), SJG Enterprises (retail management consulting firm) and has been involved in numerous successful partnerships of many different project types. He provides direction, management, and leadership in the administrative, business planning, marketing, accounting, and budgeting of his numerous projects.
